The Simon Fraser Society for Community Living is an accredited not-for-profit, charitable organization that has been serving the communities of New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Anmore and Belcarra since 1954.

We provide a range of services to citizens within our community to support healthy development, inclusion and full participation of all people. Services range from those for infants to school age children and youth to adults and seniors.

We provide early intervention and family support services for children and youth who are at risk for or who experience a developmental delay or disability and leisure, volunteer, supported employment and housing supports for adults with developmental disabilities.
